During my internship with R&R, I supported marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including social media and email campaigns. I conducted competitive research, assisted with client outreach initiatives, and visited properties to support onsite marketing activities. Additionally, I tracked and analyzed campaign performance to optimize engagement and contributed to the creation of creative content that aligned with the company’s branding and marketing goals.

This project stood out to me because it taught me the importance of trial and error and that personal preferences do not always align with what is best for the company. As a marketer, it reinforced that decisions must be guided by strategy, audience needs, and measurable impact rather than solely by individual taste or assumptions.
